Cinderford vs Chosen Hill - Under 7s and Under 8s

On Sunday 06 January 2008, twenty Cinderford under seven and eight players turned out to play Chosen Hill in two games.

Firstly, the under 8's played trading tries in an open game. Given that the was five minutes each way and that the final score was eight tries to seven in Chosen Hills favour, the crowd of mums and dads were highly entertained! Scorers for Cinderford were Oscar Pratten, Jake Anderson (3), Adey Tate, Josh Haddock and Brandon Freeman.

Cinderford U7s 10 Chosen Hill U8s 40

The second match was played between Cinderford under sevens and Chosen Hill under eights. Cinderfords yougsters did well against the more experienced Chosen Hill side, Hill winning by eight tries to two. Edwin Mathieson and Jack Worgan scored a try each for Cinderford.

Man of the match awards were given to Brandon Feeman and Jack Worgan, with Oscar Pratten and Lewis Handley most improved.
