The 2021 Annual General Meeting of Cinderford Rugby Football Club Ltd will be held in the clubhouse at ‘The Beavis Memorial Ground’ Dockham Road, Cinderford, Glos. on Wednesday October 6th 2021, starting at 7:30 pm. Only ‘Playing-Members’ and ‘Full Members’ are eligible to attend.
Full members who intend to stand for committee must inform the Club Chairman Rob Worgan, in writing, of their intention to do so by Wednesday 29th September 2021. Their intention to stand must be proposed and seconded by two others who must also be ‘Full Members’ of the club.
Similarly those who wish to table a motion for discussion should inform the Chairman of their intention by 29th September. They too must be full members of the club as also should be the two others who second that proposal.
