Cinderford got their pre-season underway with a 17 – 0 win over Matson RFC on a muggy and damp evening at Dockham Road. The lads needed to fight hard and dig in for the win against a spirited Matson side intent on upsetting our campaign. Dewi Wilcox, Will Haly and Will Hendy scored their tries and Zac Littlefair kicked a conversion. The match was watched by a large crowd who were happy to watch live rugby again.
