Cinderford Colts started pre-season off away at Old Luctonians. With 6 Debutants in the 22 man squad things are looking good for the up and coming season. Cinderford came out on top 5 -17 with tries for Aidan Hanies two, and left wing Lewis Handley scoring the other , conversion from outside half Ben Jones.

Cinderford welcomed their Welsh visitors to Dockham Road for the second pre season game . Terrible conditions hampered the game . Cinderford controlled the first half with possession and territory but failed to take chances and went in half time 5-5. The second half started wIth Cinderford making lots of changes, this affected their rhythm and allowed Cwmbran to come back and grab the only try to pip Cinderford 12-5.
Plenty of positives and plenty for the coaches to work on ahead of this weeks Friday night game against Croeseillog.
