Cinderford continued their build-up to the coming season with a visit to Church Bank, the home of Welsh Premiership side Llandovery, where they were beaten by four tries to two.  The home side made full use of the blustery conditions to build up an unassailable 26-5 lead at the interval and despite their best efforts Cinderford were unable to make up enough of the deficit.  Sam Baker and Will Haly scored tries for the Foresters from two well-executed lineout drives, while Reece Boughton kicked a conversion.
