Head Coach Clive Stuart-Smith said:
“We started with real intent and created numerous chances to build a lead in the opening 20 minutes, yet despite our sustained pressure, we just couldn’t get the points on the board. The endeavour was certainly there and our decision-making was sound, but our execution let us down at key moments against a Frampton Cotterell side that proved exactly why they sit at the top of the table. However, after some high-quality collective play following the interval, we sparked into life with a series of brilliant team tries, ultimately putting us in a strong position to secure a hard-fought bonus point win.”
