Cinderford were well beaten by Chinnor at Kingsey Road as they succumbed to a second-half onslaught from their hosts.

The first half was well contested and ended at 12-10, but after the interval the home side stepped up a gear scoring six further tries to run out convincing winners.  The home side opened the scoring after just five minutes when a break down the blindside saw winger Joe Browning go over for an unconverted try.  Joe Winfield responded with a penalty for Cinderford, and play remained well contested before a kick ahead and chase from the visitors saw them awarded a penalty which was taken quickly by Tom Knight who released Will Baldwin to score a try, which Winfield converted.  Having given themselves a foothold in the match straight from the re-start Cinderford failed to clear their lines and a quick exchange of passes allowed Nick Smith to score the simplest of tries, which James Bourton converted.

Two tries in the opening five minutes of the second half from Chinnor from Morgan Passman and Tom Price, both of which were converted by Bourton set the tone for the for remainder of the match.  Passman added his second before Cinderford earned themselves a brief respite when Dan Hodge barged his way over, with Winfield converting.  After that however Chinnor took complete control scoring three further tries through Josh McNulty, Max Clemenson, and a second for the impressive Browning, with Bourton adding his fourth conversion.
