The U16s enjoyed their best ever season this year, playing 22, winning 20 and losing only 2 .The boys progressed to the County cup semi-final and losing to eventual winners Longlevens. The top points scorers were Robson Skipsey (155), Charlie Davis(67), Lee Turley (63). Top try scorer’s were Robson Skipsey(31), Scott Brown(11) and Harry Johnson (9). Three players appeared in every game, prop Tony Turley, scrum half Andrew Hoult and Winger Mitch Skleton. Player of the year was Robson Skipsey. Most improved player was Ben “Ed Sheeran” Chapman. Player of the Tour was Mark Allcock. Players player of the year was Harry Johnson.
In conclusion it was great season, the boys trained and played hard. The Cinderford boys were well supported behind the scenes by Ian Morgan, Mikey Johnson, Mark Allcock, Spike Ridler, Stav and Dave Skipsey.
