Cinderford u16s 18 – 24 Merthyr Tydfil
Cinderford u16s hosted Merthyr Tydfil for the first game of the season. With some new faces and only one training session under their belt this proved to be a good effort from the u16s . Tries coming from Kibble, Duberley, one conversion from Nock and two penalties from Horrobin and Finn . Cinderford were leading 18-17 with less than 10 minutes to go but couldn’t keep Merthyr out for the winning try .
